			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>July 30, 2010 &#8211; Defero3 has signed an agreement with IHG to be an approved communications supplier of hosted voice solutions.</p>
<p>The agreement will offer preferred pricing and services for telecommunication standards and requirements for today’s hospitality marketplace to the owners of IHG franchised properties in the United States and Canada.  The service can be easily installed, centrally managed by the hosting center and can reduce visits by technicians.</p>
<p>Over the past decade, PBX revenues have evaporated across the hotel industry and hotel owners have requested a telecommunication solution to reduce the high costs associated with telephony services.</p>
<p>Tom Guziak, CEO of Defero3, said, “Our hosted voice solutions with its leading-edge technology will enable IHG properties to reduce expenses which were associated with the legacy technology of the past.  With the replacement of premise-based PBX equipment, energy-related costs are reduced with far less equipment at the hotel.  In addition, monthly operating costs are reduced as properties can take advantage of VoIP long distance calling with the Defero3 unlimited North American dialing plan. The Defero3 program features a 5-year warranty on equipment along with free automatic software upgrades so that the upfront investment is protected over the lifecycle of the system.”</p>

<p>In a time where hoteliers are searching for ways to decrease capital investment and operating costs, the Defero3 voice solution delivers the desired favorable financial outcomes of saving which hoteliers seek. <p>Defero3 has certified Cetis corded 3300IP and cordless 9600 Series sets and found them compatible with their hosted voice solution, enabling hotels to create a differentiated guest communications experience with minimal investment.</p>
