Defero3, Inc., originally founded by Thomas D. Guziak, Alexander J. Perovich, and Inam M. Inamullah, was formed to provide innovative products and services to the market in the areas of voice, video and data.
Our goal is to utilize technologies of today and tomorrow allowing people to communicate as freely and effortlessly as if face to face, no matter the distance. Technology changes daily and Defero3 is the company where tomorrows communications originate.

About the Executives
Thomas D. Guziak
CEO
Thomas has spent over a decade cultivating strong relationships within the hospitality industry and has vast experience in developing business within hospitality interconnect companies. He is a seasoned professional with significant exposure to field/technical issues and sales & marketing matters within the hospitality telecom industry. Mr. Guziak is well known in hospitality circles and has provided successful telecom strategies to many Hotel/Resort owners and management companies over the last 10 years. Thomas has extensive voice & data product knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product applications and a solid history of business development success. Alexander has a Bachelors degree in Business/Computers from Toronto, Canada. Alexander has founded 2 startups and still currently maintains both operations. Alexander has 8 years of VOIP design/architecture experience and currently runs another organization in parallel called Atlas Voice and has customers worldwide (VOIP International Customers). Alexander is currently responsible for engineering and technical installation of Defero3’s solution. Inam M. Inamullah
CFO
Inam holds an MBA (Finance/Marketing) from Los Angeles, CA and has been in the hospitality telecom business since 1998. Inam is also the sole owner of a company called Global Telecom Group, Inc. which provides parts and service for more than 5000 Hitachi HCX systems spanning all four corners of the globe. Before aquiring Global Telecom Group, Inam held senior positions in three companies including Northern Telecom and has 15 plus years of experience in selling and marketing high tech equipment all over the world. Since 1989, Inam has sold over $350M in equipment and services all over the world and held general manager positions with full P&L responsibility. Norm is an expert in VoIP, Internet, telecommunications and legacy technologies. He is currently the owner of a successful VoIP company, a CLEC, and an ISP, all of which he built from the ground up. Norm has hands-on experience working with high-volume transaction processing systems and their unique data processing requirements. With over 25 years of focused experience in the telecommunications / systems programming arena Norm has gained international recognition. He is actively involved with leading edge VoIP projects and has made presentations at both VoN and Cluecon. Norm holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida. Yogi Rawal
VP of Business DevelopementYogi Rawal joins Defero3 as VP of Business Development. Yogi brings to Defero3 over 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, most recently as VP of Sales and Marketing for TrioState Technology. He is a skilled communicator and seasoned negotiator with proven success in dealing with Companies like Comcast, Gaylord, Marriott, Hilton, etc. As a veteran in Hotel Operations ( Choice Hotels), Telecommunications (Hitachi), High Speed Internet Access (CoaxMedia and TrioState Technology), and Video on Demand (OxfordMedia), Yogi will utilize his skills and experience to plan and execute national and regional marketing, sales, and strategic programs to develop business for Defero3. Yogi holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BS from Niagara University. |
