We have just added “Call Routing Room Status Check” to our Hospitality Hosted PBX System.
This feature will allow calls routed to rooms to first have the room status checked whether or not it is checked-in. In the event the room is not currently checked-in due to PMS link failure, the call can be routed to an auto-attendant, the front desk or any other location the property requires. This feature is one of many that make Defero3's hosted PBX platform the communications system of choice for the hospitality industry! |
